Meet Madison.

Madison Whitley is a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where she served as the President of the Criminal Law Association and was awarded a Public Good Distinction Award upon graduation.

 

While in law school, Madison interned at the Denver Public Defender’s Office, the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming, and the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office, where she litigated a range of offenses. Madison began her career as an Associate with the Juba Law Office, PLLC, and later became a Senior Associate. In 2025, Ms. Whitley started her own law practice, Whitley Law LLC.

Madison was selected for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Super Lawyers Colorado Rising Stars list, which is for attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. 2.5% of attorneys in Colorado receive this distinction.

Madison is licensed to practice in Colorado, the federal District of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Madison is a current member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, and the Colorado Disability Bar Association. Madison is also an at-large member of the 2026-2027 Colorado Bar Association's Juvenile Law Section Executive Council.

Madison is a trial attorney committed to representing the rights of clients in and out of the courtroom, with a focus on representing juveniles in delinquency cases, as well as juveniles charged as adults.
